We met with Josh and Laina inquiring about having our bathroom remodel to have a shower installed for my 87 year old father in law. Josh and Laina both are very professional and knowledgeable which made our experience amazing!!! I had an idea of what I wanted and needs for him but I have never done a remodel before so I needed help. They listened to my ideas and with my budget guided me through entire planning process. Josh took the time to consider every detail without me even asking like the placement of safety bars and custom height of the seat to best accommodate my father in law. Our visions were completed just as imagined if not better with the utmost professionalism and creativity!!!

Later we had a pipe from our water heater bust under our slab so I called Josh hoping I could get him to come out and check it and sure enough he came through for us once again. Since then they did a complete install for our Sons new mobile home, installing new water pipes and outdoor water faucets and replaced our hot water heater for us. Just last week Motto’s plumbing moved some plumbing for my second bathroom Reno and did the tile around my tub and floor of my new bathroom. They do excellent work!!!! Josh fixed all our issues in a timely professional manner providing all our options and completing many projects for us. I would recommend Josh and Laina with Motto's to anyone!!
